⭐️ MagMama Refund & Return Policy

Because every MagMama item is custom-made with your photos or your child’s artwork, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on personalized items.

However, I want you to love your order. Please review the exceptions below:


❤️ If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If your package arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery at shopmagmama@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

I will happily remake and resend your magnet at no cost.


❤️ If There’s a Mistake on My End

If your order arrives with an error caused by me (wrong photo, wrong size, wrong design), I will remake your item for free.


🤎 If You Uploaded the Wrong Photo or Provided Incorrect Details

Because items are custom-made, I cannot remake or refund orders if:

  • The wrong photo was uploaded

  • Spelling or details were entered incorrectly in the order notes

  • You changed your mind after the item was made

Please double-check your details before checking out.


❤️ Non-Custom Items

If I ever offer non-personalized products, those may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition.
